Day 19

Yesterday I didn’t post, but I put on 300g. Today I lost 400, so I’m now down to 9.9kg over my BMI. Still feeling good, but having trouble with the heat. That’s normal for me at this time of year in the tropics though. No binges so far, and I had a good workout this morning, so my energy levels are fine too. I am making sure I have a carb every lunch and dinner such as sweet potato, white potato or rice. And my banana munching is up to about 2 a day.But I’m fine with that. Anything is better than a bag of Doritos or a bunch of chocolate!
