Day 5

Another 400g on this morning so today I will be keeping myself honest, and even more boring, by adding a food diary.

Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with chicken, potato and avocado (small amount of each

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Chicken caesar salad, no dressing or croutons. 1 flat white with almond milk

Snack: vodka, lime & soda (I have a friend visiting), banana, handful of almonds

Dinner: Skinny taste recipe for chicken burrito bowl

Exercise: 45 minute boot camp
