Hmmm all the excitement of a new goal starts to go out the window around now. I went for my run with the girls this morning. 11k in the sweltering summer heat, 29 degrees, but about 80% humidity. A little like running through soup, but maybe more giggly. I added some roast potato to my omelette to, hopefully, ward off sugar cravings later in the day. And I just had an orange after my lunch to try and trick myself with natural sugars. We’ll see how it goes. So far I feel pretty good, but I have just eaten enough junk food between Christmas and New Year that I could be running on those sugars for days still! 2 down, 363 to go! Only 100g off the scale yesterday, I guess that’s still better than a gain!
